The Town of Hudson Planning Department offers assistance related to a variety of development functions to the public. These functions include implementing watershed review, subdivision review, and zoning protection. Through these tools the Town's Comprehensive Plan is implemented, helping to ensure orderly growth and community character.
The Board of Adjustment and Planning Board, meets on the second Thursday of each month at 6:00PM.
The Planning Board gives recommendations to the Board of Commissioners on various matters such as rezonings, ordinance amendments, community development, subdivision plats, and much more.
The Board of Adjustment is a quasi-judicial board charged with deciding variances, conditional uses, and special uses within the Town's Zoning Jurisdiction.
Members of the public are invited to attend every meeting of the Boards. If you plan on attending, please call Town Hall in advance to assure the meeting time has not been changed.
